    The Ebola crisis (2013 – 2015) was unprecedented in its scope and lethality. Aspen Medical was contracted by the Australian and UK governments to support the global effort in Sierra Leone by providing full logistics and facility management as well as recruiting and training expatriate clinical teams. Aspen was also contracted by PAE to support the effort in Liberia. Approximately 200 expatriate workers were deployed for the 13-month project. The complexity of the project saw it awarded the Gold Medal for Project Management by the International Project Management Association in Warsaw, Poland, in 2016. Bespoke Services was responsible for the project management.

    Iraq

    The World Health Organisations and UNFPA contracted Aspen Medical to run combined trauma and maternal hospitals on the civilian evacuation routes from Mosul during the conflict in 2017 /2018. The trauma cases that were treated and high-level threat meant that this was a particularly complex project response. Three hospitals were established around Mosul with short term responses provided to Al Qaim and the earthquake response to assist the civil community on the Iraq / Iran border in November 2017. In all 48,000 patients were treated. Bespoke Services again provided the project management. Bespoke also led the accreditation for Emergency Management Team accreditation for Aspen Medical. The first commercial organisation in the world to achieve this.

    Angela is an experienced Human Resource and business professional with extensive knowledge of HR best practice and strategies to attract and retain personnel. For the past 25 years Angela has been supporting Boards, Executives and management teams to achieve organisational objectives through an engaged and motivated workforce. She is passionate about delivering innovative people initiatives and ensuring organisations are compliant and adhere to relevant employment legislation. For the past 6 years Angela has been the Director and Principal of Bespoke Services. A Canberra based HR consultancy firm providing HR expertise and advice to local, national and international clients across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, including, but not limited to, defence industry, financial services, health, higher education, hospitality, consultancies and small to medium enterprises.

    She has extensive experience in managing organisational restructures, redesign and change management programs. Coupled with Angela’s HR expertise she is commercially focused and understands the challenges and complexities of running a business. She is well versed in financial management and the importance of pursuing and achieving business outcomes that are commercially viable.

    Angela is an energetic leader who is able to achieve operational and strategic outcomes to achieve business success. She has a proven record in the development and implementation of human resource strategies and initiatives that optimise productivity.

    She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW, a Bachelor of Commerce from James Cook University and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Recognised ability to engage constructively with the local community, to operate in partnership with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and to clearly interpret strategic priorities.

    Janet Kininmonth

    Janet has an extensive HR background in client relationship management and service delivery, providing recruitment, career coaching and administration support to Bespoke Services.

    During 21 years in the banking industry, she held a range of key senior management and leadership roles in Retail Banking and Human Resources. Janet has also worked with multi national companies where she specialised in Finance Executive Recruitment for public, private and not-for-profit clients. Janet has also worked in boutique consultancies providing a full range of recruitment services. Whilst working here, Janet was able to expand on her skills and broaden her role to be creative, enterprising and independent. Janet became known for her excellence in client service delivery and she was also able to develop effective one-on-one coaching sessions to assist individuals' career development.

    Janet maintains a diverse business portfolio including recruitment administration and career coaching with Bespoke Services.

    Liz Da Deppo

    Liz Da Deppo provides professional support to clients in the areas of Executive Support, Recruitment, Talent Sourcing and HR Advisory services. With more than 9 years’ experience in HR Support, Liz has developed a key understanding of HR practices having worked on in-house recruitment, boutique agency and most recently supporting clients in a broad range of HR projects on a consulting basis. Completed projects include executive search campaigns, development of companywide policies and procedures, training needs analysis, Management 360 surveys, organisational pulse surveys and everyday HR practices.

    With a strong background in communications and marketing Liz has developed and implemented communication and marketing strategy, including corporate reputation, branding and sponsorship elements. Liz has also developed internal culture programs and client service frameworks ensuring continuous improvement is maintained.

    Liz holds a Degree in Business with majors in Marketing and Japanese from the University of Newcastle. Liz has extensive expertise in the recruitment industry with particular experience in job analysis and assessment.
